Once in a great while I am forced to eat beef in minute quantities, or as a secondary ingredient in a dish dominated by a non-meat item. This problem is amplified when I actually enjoy the dish.
Thai food is a classic example of my love-hate relationship with marginal-beef meals. While I love the various beef dishes offered by Thai restaurants here in Chicago, they merely torture me with the realization that my BeefStakes beef count is in no significant way aided by their consumption.
I ask the reader: Why does something so good have to be so bad?
