There's More to Life than Beef

I love beef as much as the next guy, probably more, but I have to admit that my love only goes so far.

Beef isn’t everything. I mean, when your gas tank gets low, do you shove in three kilos of ground round? Not usually. Does a diamond cutter use flank steak to polish the facets of his precious stones? Perish the thought. Last time you were in for a tooth filling, did the dentist squeeze into the cavity a gram or two of pureed cow tongue? Doubtful, unless you live in crazyland.

No, beef isn’t everything. For example, when I get a hankering for something sweet, do I turn to beef candy? I would question its existence, even if my opponent said it were so. To the contrary, when my sweet-tooth becomes active, I reach for the obvious choice:

It was actually tough to decide between the Thin Mints, Peanut Butter Patties, Peanut Butter Sandwiches, Caramel deLites, and Lemon Pastry Cremes. So had a little bit of everything. Oh sure, these came after my 8 oz leftover roast beef lunch (453.7 total), but, as I said, there’s more to life than beef. Unless, like my opponent, you live in crazyland.

Have they changed the cookie names? What happenned to Savannas, Tag-a-longs and Samoas?

But if they weren't baked by real girl scouts, they're a fraud.

Hell, all of those names are gone. And so are the girl scouts. The whole thing was outsourced to India.
